Shifting mindsets and changing behavior is a process. It takes dedication and time. You commit to yourself and we commit to working together for 3 months (12 sessions). These one-on-one weekly sessions provide personalized support while you make mental and emotional shifts around work, love, and/or alcohol.

During our time together, you’ll grow personally and professionally as you learn new emotional skills, practices, and mindsets. These tools will help you be intentional and emotionally resilience amidst tumultuous times.
